he is not classic im just do this to get max fps for games and game in mp with open as admin too not work

this is my pc info i'm tryed all ways i'm talked with support before and the game work fine in single player but in multi it's not and game work with 32 (86) and 64 but this problem show when i'm open the game from multiplayer launcher i don't know how to solve it please help game is boring in single player
