You have to go to General and Untick Seasonal Effects then there should be no snow also no game restart required for Seasonal Effects either.

I found out the vibration only works with 32-bit but speedlink says it works with 64-bit so i am contacting them about it. Oh and their drivers haven't been updated in 4 years!

if you have dev options enabled do this command in it. "g_set_weather 0 f" that will instantly change weather to clear and 1 is for rain f is for instant i is for a long change to weather if you don't have dev options enable go to this link: http://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=61852
Edit: when you go into console you need to pull over because you cannot control truck.
