Game Freezes In MP and SP: ATS & ETS2

I have been having this problem for quite some time now and it is really starting to get annoying. When I am in game, my game will run fine for 5min and then freeze for 10 seconds and then this keeps happening over and over again. This happens in single player and multiplayer; ETS2 and ATS. I think this has something to do with the auto saves. I hope some one can help me with this problem!
