too come back to your suggestion..the reason why the admin who bans you does the ban apeal is caus he saw it and is the best judge over the situation.
if an appeal is handled by the original admin, how is it an appeal? it is me asking to be unbanned as in the following fashion: "i'm really sorry unban me? please? maybe?" is that going to work? is that the procedure? don't be stupid.
you need a definition for an appeal if you think this is how an appeals system works. what a joke.

Freedom of speech on my twitch channel. No in game players could see what I said. And I cannot contact the project manager. He is uncontactable. I am allowed to say fuck you to someone who deserves it on my OWN twitch NOT in game.
This is entirely ridiculous. A childish admin decides that some hurtful words out-of-game should ruin my ETS2 purchase?

ADMIN ABUSE:
1) Admins handing the ban handle the appeal?????? Are you kidding me? I was banned by a hateful abusive admin and he denied my appeal. I request to speak to ANOTHER admin...not the same abusive one who has it out for me.
2) I suggest you change the name of the mod from ETS2 Multiplayer, as potential purchases of the game might be hindered, if people confuse SCS's excellent work with a 3rd party mod with out-of-control admins.
"Dear SCS, I have been banned from multiplayer permanently for ramming, I will never buy your game again".

2)The admin was vengeful and changed a 3 day ban to a permanent ban for "insults". This was not done in game, and on my private twitch stream. This admin is clearly acting out of spite. Furthormore, the original problem with said admin was due to him arguably mishandling a situation arising from him arriving too late to the scene of the collsion resulting in a 3 day ban for me. Perhaps that is a just ban, but a permanent ban for speaking freely outside the game is not professional. This is absolutely an admin going a step too far. Please understand sticks and stones thrown on my private stream (not inside ETS2MP) may hurt the admin's bones, but a permanent ban is immature.

I stream live, so I have all records archived. However, I highly doubt anybody cares about a simple player vs a powerful abusive admin. Cops stick together.

That is what worries me. Precisely what worries me. Some of these admins simply abuse their powers and have a giggle about it on TS3.
This is not just admins NOT doing their job, this is a case of admins introducing toxicity into the game. How can I possibly enjoy my ETS experience knowing these bullies will kick me for playing by the rules? I DEMAND SATISFACTION. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS CRAP MOD.
It wouldn't be crap if admins were selected a little more carefully. But right now: CRAP. UTTER RUBBISH. UNPLAYABLY BAD.

It seems like the admins favor the trucking "guilds". My guess is they counter-reported me after moving their trucks. My point in this post is simple. Why are admins kicking the innocent? Any reasonable admin should have seen my reports were legit. This is why ETS2MP is NOT the best mod and will not get my vote. Admins themselves are the ones ruining what could be a very enjoyable experience for the people who want to follow the rules outlined on this website. I'm not speaking of all admins of course. There are very good admins who correct situations very fast and fairly. The man who kicked me was an idiot. What are the credentials for being an admin? Admins should be required to show a little bit of professionalism. They're giving the entire ETS2 game a bad rep via steam reviews. People write reviews of the mp mod, instead of the game complaining about these admins. ETS2MP is killing the game as it stands.

I reported 3 players blocking the repair shop so I could not get out, and I got kicked for making false reports. Why do you have admins with no common sense? You kick a player who abides by the rules, and tries to improve the community, and the people breaking the rules go unchecked. Why not just have a free for all demo derby server instead that way you can kick everyone!!!!

Furthermore mr. funnybear stole my recording of what happened after I was removed from the game, and uploaded it to youtube without my consent. He then used this as evidence to ban me permanently, despite the fact I was out of games.
Funnybear I will demand a takedown of this video. You are out of control.
