THe expiration times you are getting are actually the normal expiration times for selecting a job. Once you selected one you should be getting a delivery time that is normal for the distance you are driving (including resting times).
The 1500 hours delivery times appear because the time between your single player game and the multiplayer isn't synced. You can get this back when getting a job in SP and the going to MP.
Personally I would prefer to get the normal delivery times in stead of the 1500 hoours ones.

+1, it enhances the ease of use. I also support the idea of placing the login form in the center of the screen as I don't see a valid reason to put this in the bottm right corner.

Make sure that ETS2MP is in the exeption list of both your firewall and anti-virus.
From the picture you provided I guess you are not getting a connection to the server since you don't get the server list.

If you really want to make sure you want a person's computer can't log in you have to ban the mac-address (physical address of your network card) of that computer. Buth then they just switch to another one and problem solved for them.
There is really no practical way to make sure a troll can't ever connect again, they will always find a workaround if they want to.

Jobs are random generated by your local game, there is now way of syncing them or a file you can copy (as far as I know).

Question for you:
Have set up keybindings to switch in between the different radio streams? If so, you might be hitting those bottons in game which causes the switchen between the different streams.
If not you might want to check what TuxyQ suggested above.
PS. Most people (about 95% of the users) in this forum section are trying to help others and have hundreds of hours of in game experience, so don't go swearing around if your problem doesn't get fixed from the first answer you get.

What you can do is going to SP, agree on a destination and find a trailer from the job market that goes there. Once you've selected the trailer, you teleport to the pickup location, hook it up and then teloport back to the place where you want to start. After that you move back to MP.
Teleport command:
goto [name of your destination]
Example for Strasbourg (full and shortened):
goto strasbourggoto stras

Afaik the only mods compattible in MP are the ones from metaltigersa because they only use functions that are already in the vanilla game.

The "@" symbol has to do with keyboard settings, if you use an english (qwerty) keyboard you wont have the problem wheras you will have it on all others, you can bypass it by using "alt+6+4".

Mods that are compattible with MP are the ones from MetaltigerSA (http://metaltigersa.co.za/).
Although with the current state of the MP I reccomend not using them to minimize crashes.

Sorry, my bad english and sense of humour... Here it is better explanation for sentence above (heck, where did you even get the map mods or external mods topic)
Devs, not us, added forced non-official content --- in this case snow texture is now seen on players "without" winter-mod (default SCS weather), not just winter-mod... From my point of view, this is "wrong way" , on legal level and not even optional this time. They tried to sync weather, but their server's rain probability is almost like 100%, server. Currrently weather sync attempt is not even at alpha state to put on alpha testing. It's better they look for other ways of doing this like using "i" flag on g_force_weather etc.
On other hand, this current snow on sunny summer day with no clouds in the sky means non-stop wipers, constant blurred windshield while trying to drive carefully effectively disturbing optical nerves once come from a light source (monitor in this case) , may cause unwanted health problems. I'm not even counting FPS drops on low to top-mid range computers.
PS: I can not break any more rule now
I find it strange that you get a snow teexture when not using the winter mod since I get a rain texture when I disable the winter mod.
Like Max said it is a work in progress and yes, the rain probability is way too high on 0.1.3 r2 (it rains about 2 times a day and somtimes the whole day). As far as frame issues goes I'm not experiencing more frame drops than I get usually in the MP mod (using an HD 6850 graphics card, which is getting old after 3 years of use).

Let me answer a couple of you issues
1: Russian characters were always displayed like this (at least on my side)
2: This has been removed with the new scoreboard
4: This is because weather sync is now enabled and forced

The crashes appear when a player with an unsupported mod is near you, this happens mostly in cities where you will encounter more players.
If you are experiencing constant crashes when being in a city, go to SP and drive/tp to a place outside the city center (preferably e-acres, a quarry or a fuel station).

A better way to do this would be like shown in the image below (just an idea), this gives the users a more precise view on the update time.

If you already have the wintermod installed, you can just choose to only download the mp mod since the winter mod hasn't changed.

Basically you need to select ETS2 in your steam installation folder.
Usually that is located on the path delboyspencer gave, but if you installed steam on another drive, you need to find your steamapps/common folder on that drive.
