Wow. After all that, I finally figured out what the problem was. Apparently ETS2 MP doesn't like the bandwidth monitor I use. So if anyone is ever in my situation disable/close NetWorx before you play ETS2 MP.

What I tried to do to fix this issue: *Validated my ETSM2. (files are good) *choosing different servers including: US1, SA1, Asia1, and one of the EU servers. (they were NOT full at the time) *Set ETS2 MP, EST2, and Steam to run as administrator. *Reinstalled ETS2MP several times. (with and without LateAutumnMod) *Checked windows firewall and see ETS2 was already enabled for private access and even have enabled so it also has public access. Have also added ETS2MP and allowed access. *Fully disabled windows firewall and antivirus (Bitdefender free edition). *Disabled my routers firewall. *Opened UDP/TCP ports: 42850, 15698, 30033 (ETS2MP ports? found on another thread) All I see is a red "OFFLINE" text on the top right and on the bottom left corner of my screen is repeating messages of connection issues.
