Post wasn't directed at me, but I'm having the same issue so Opening with OpenGL works, not all that great, but it works.

Same for me, SP works fine. Though, when I start up SP it says the version is 1.1.1.1s is this the same for you? There's also no option to downgrade to 1.1.08s in Properties > Betas. =/ It's also worth mentioning, everytime it fails, in SP it resets my graphics and resolution options. (Edit: last_crash.log) http://pastebin.com/hACBkBcz
