If you try to leave an NCZ whilst in a truck, the NCZ will (read should) stay active until you are no longer in a potential flying situation. This feature was implemented (though still a bit buggy in my view) in a previous version of TMP -
Sometimes it happens. The only fix is to restart the game

Reducing the server limits will not resolve this issue. It's easier to just avoid the busy areas.
As post above mentions too, this is all just testing.
Hopefully more drivers will spread out and reduce traffic in the busy areas, and make the game more enjoyable to all
Edit: Add to the last line.
We can only wish, but it is unlikely -
Also helps to have Steam open before you load TMP

Good idea in theory, not so much in practice. I'll explain:
Yes, it eases the burden the admin have when dealing with reports, especially in-game. However, similar to Mr. Blue Sky, it is easily abused. If, for example, I was in a convoy of 10 (9 other trucks), and we decided on a chat channel outside of TMP that you got a little too close to one of our trucks, which isn't against the rules, we could all give you a -1 rep. As you had mentioned, as an example:
2 hours ago, Tangeton said:Once you receive -10 reputation, you will receive some sort of ban e.g. 24h ban and immediate kick from the server.
This would mean that you would automatically be kicked from the server and banned for 24 hours, just because we didn't like you.
Then imagine the same system with a convoy of 30+ trucks. That would be a perm ban for doing nothing wrong.
(EDIT: This reflects no way on the VTC I'm in, me, or anyone. This is just an example of how the system could be abused).
The risks on this actually outweigh the benefits when it comes to trusting the community to do the right thing, as we already have trolls. -
Suggestion Name: Notice of rule change on splash screen
Suggestion Description: Addition of a notice when rules are updated or changed on the TMP loader, so that people are aware that rules have changed
Any example images: http://imgur.com/a/WudDf
Why should it be added?: To notify players that a rule change has occurred. Lots of players don't bother to read the forums, and will only read the rules when they initially sign up. Players that are then banned claim ignorance, or that the Admin are flexing their powers when the rules are changed, without even knowing that the rules changed. Adding a small text box to the launcher (if the launcher has its own updater) to notify of rule changes would help curb the issue of not knowing the rules, then the rule breaks will reflect back on the player not even looking at the launcher.
EDIT: An additional option to this is to have a notice on the launcher to be aware of the rules, and that they may change without notice, with a link to the website / rules page.
Also Edited the last line of why, so it makes more sense.- 4

Suggestion Name: Modified bull bar in-game reportSuggestion Description: Addition of modified bull bar on the in-game report system
Any example images:
Why should it be added?: With the update of the rules to include forbidding beacons and long horns on the front bumper/bull bar, I would like to suggest adding this feature to the report system to help IGA identify the issue faster. Most admin check the report, see the reported player doing nothing wrong, then jump to the next report. Admin will pay attention to the player if the reason for the report is trolling or insulting for a few seconds to see if it still occurring. This suggestion allows for them to identify illegal mods, and so they can quickly check for any, then either kick/ban, or move on

^^ that works. Thank you.
(Mod lock and best answer please)

I was wondering how players get there in-game tags to go over multiple lines. I have seen many players do this, but none are able to help

Most organised convoys will have some sort of communication between the drivers. I know a few VTCs, including the one I'm in, will notify the other drivers of approaching trucks/cars. Those vehicles are then monitored, and if the drivers ask if they can pass, we will find a suitable spot to pull over and let you pass, or maybe let you filter through.
The only other suggestion or when approaching a convoy is patience. Place yourself behind, and try to find out the route they are taking and map out an alternative path at the next junction. Banning convoys one lane each way roads (or one way roads) makes it almost impossible for convoys to plan interesting routes, and also closes off access to some cities/towns

Anyone can use the pilot skin, but can also be banned for abusing it. Police skins and addons are reserved for IGAs only

Found a workaround. Problem solved

It seems that if I take the link from Imgur, the issue resolves. It seems to only effect direct uploads
EDIT: it now seems modifications aren't saving properly either -
The image itself meets all requirements. The following is the image itself
And the image with a link attached changes to 49 x 150 px

I have created a new signature that I wish to use on the TruckersMP forums, but every time I go to link it to something, the image resizes to a size that makes it impossible to see, and resizing it after doesn't work. Is there any way to fix this and have a new signature that links elsewhere, and at a visible size?

Maybe I'll buy everything can I have a cap with Tmp on it
Was just thinking of the possibility of a black cap with the TruckersMP logo on the front. I would wear it on live streams, and it would give me a reason to show my face (as much as I hate it)

As long as the person banned can get access to the evidence of them being banned, there is no issue. People tend to go gram these videos and use them without permission for their own means (both good and bad)
-
Maybe have a detectioon system so that if a car part (eg Skoda wheels) is attached, auto kick when job is selected. That way even the trucks breaking the rules by having car parts on it cant even attempt to drive with a trailer in MP
-
Other than ping, the issue could be caused by the rendering speed of your computers graphics, via memory or processor power.
-
Collisions are a part of racing. Ramming rule has been modified to represent this. If you cant afford repairs, my suggestion is to not use the racetrack, and earn some money doing jobs

Try disabling the trucks retarder. Sometimes this is an issue with automatic retarder and is an SCS issue

I'd like to see more report options, but Admin have already stated in previous posts that more rules makes for a messier screen for reporting. I would like to see the in-game report changed to report > confirm report, and have the web reports as reasons for report as a type box, not a selection. This would make it quicker for reports to be made in-game, and more descriptive for web reports

good for some highway driving, but lag suddenly happens and this wouldn't help that. Plus, thing of all the fools in rotterdam at a busy time... beeps everywhere (as if there wasn't from all the reversing)

Why should it be added?: Every time I log onto facebook, I see lots of questions about recommended VTCs for someone to join. The comments are then normally flooded with the exact same responses from various VTCs and trolls. My suggestion is to pin a post of VTCs that are still in operation to avoid clogging up the facebook page with these requests.
The pinned post would ideally have the VTC name and contact details via website or teamspeak / discord. I was thinking it should be less strict on facebook posts than current VTC's on the TMP forums (which was made to tidy the forums up)
