Increasing the number of slots is not simply just changing a number, it requires CPU power of the servers and if the count is too high for the servers to cope, players will experience high ping and lagg.

Cars will not be added to EU1, it is a simulation server and if you wish to drive cars you should join another server.

Users who are AFK for more than 5 minutes during busy periods simply take up server space, if you need to go for more than 5 minutes just reconnect when you can play again.

It has been improved. The scout holds alot more fuel now.
