You need to run as admin. To make sure the game launches as admin:
Right click on the game shortcut > Click properties > Goto the compatibility tab > Chech the box that says "Run this programme as administrator"

You have to work quick jobs in single player until you can get a loan to get a truck. Then once you have a truck come onto the multiplayer. Quick Jobs domt work properly in mp for some reason

Did you try running ets2mp as administrator?
Try restarting your router and your computer.
Do you use wifi or cable?
What's your ping?

Every time I try and connect to the EU servers. I pop in for around 10 seconds and then it says conection with the server has been broken. I can connect to the US server fine.
Thats just how the world works
