I was surprised but Plays TV actualy works on low spec PC's like mine, seriously give it a try ctrl + F3 and the last 30 seconds are saved, although I did turn it off just before I got rammed xDYou can just use plays.tv

If you think about all the languages that are used in this game. They would have to have IGA's from each country which, in my opinion isnt plausable, so its just WAY easier to put it in the most spoken language. English

There have been many requests to add map mods like promods and TSM, but it has never happend.
Unfortuantly You'll just have to stick to SP to play TSM

No. There are quite alot of people that are under the age of 12. We as a community have a responsibility to keep those people safe from these things

The in game tags are only things that can be coloured.
To do this Open your tab menu > press the yellow cog > enter anything you want in the "Player Tag" box (within the rules) and on the right of the box is a color selector. > clck on it and pick a colour.
Yes It is your steam name that people see.

Might be to do with your PC's specs. Im on lowest setting and it still happens (I have a 1Ghz cpu and no gpu) If you are on a PC of my calibre then it cant be helped. Sorry

Description of Issue: When Logging in EU5 shows the little 90 in a circle, but once you get onto the server you can go as fast as you want

It may be something to do with your internet speed. I had the same problem until my ISP sent me a new router

Maybe they could put it into the installer where you have to aggre to the rules of the game and not just the licence. That way you see the rules on a regular basis
