Can´t load the Game : Error checking installed files. (ETIMEDOUT)

So yesterday I wanted to play TruckerMP for the first time but when I installed it and did all the login processes it was just stuck loading after a while, it said /error checking installed files/ I have read other things in this forum but my path is right I think so.
