  1. Really solid suggestion. Having to type /vtc every time can get a bit tedious, especially when you're trying to focus on the road and keep the conversation going with your VTC. A toggle command to lock into VTC chat would definitely add more comfort to communication. I really hope this gets approved. Kind Regards ProNextGames Nova Era Transportes - Chief Executive Officer
  2. I get that the idea is to make the intersection safer, but honestly, adding a stop sign there would probably just make things worse. It would slow everything down and cause a huge backup, especially during busy hours. The video someone shared shows a driver ignoring a yield sign and causing a crash, but that’s really on the driver, not the sign. If someone doesn’t respect a yield, they’re just as likely to ignore a stop. The issue isn’t the type of sign, it’s people not following the rules. A better fix might be making the current yield sign more visible or improving the road markings. Adding a stop sign every time someone messes up just ends up punishing everyone, including those who are actually driving responsibly. If we go that way, we risk overcomplicating areas that are already working fine for most players. Kind Regards ProNextGames Nova Era Transportes - Chief Executive Officer
  3. The suggestion looks interesting, and I understand the intention of promoting VTCs in a more visual way, but personally, I don't see a significant advantage. Even if logos appear on trailers, many players will likely continue using the chat to recruit new members, so I don't think this would actually reduce the "spam." Also, from a performance standpoint, adding custom visual elements like logos could increase the game's resource load—especially if implemented widely. Personally, I think it would look better on the cabin, just behind the door, but even then, I still don't see a function that truly adds value to the gameplay. Just my opinion, but I believe there are more effective ways to improve VTC visibility without compromising game performance. Kind regards, ProNextGames Nova Era Transportes - Chief Executive Officer
  4. Just to clarify: when I brought up the “loophole,” it wasn’t because one exists now, but because one could easily appear if the approach you're suggesting were put in place. Imagine a troll using multiple accounts who deliberately commits small infractions, knowing that each one on its own won’t trigger a serious punishment. Without any system to track patterns, they could keep disrupting the experience for others without ever facing meaningful consequences. That’s why I suggested introducing a point-based system. It’s not about punishing honest mistakes more harshly — it’s about recognizing repeated behavior that, over time, clearly shows bad intent. Without something like that in place, the system ends up protecting the troll more than the players who are just trying to enjoy the game. 5. I understand the proposal and find it interesting, but I don't think it's a good idea to wipe the ban history. There are cases of troll players who could take advantage of this measure to repeat their behavior, as it would create a sort of “legal loophole.” I agree with a previous comment that suggested implementing a point-based system; however, this idea should be further developed, as—if well designed—it could help the moderation team reduce the number of appeals. 6. A few days ago I was talking about something similar with the guys from my VTC, and while browsing the forum I came across this post. I think it’s a really interesting idea, but to avoid adding more work for the TruckersMP Event Team, I believe it could be implemented as a public feature instead. Let me explain: when you want to do a route with friends or with people you meet along the way, you could create a convoy using simple commands, something like: /convoy create → Creates a convoy and opens a dedicated chat for its members. /convoy invite 1234 → Invites another player to the convoy (using their ID). /convoy accept → Accepts an invitation to join the convoy. Additionally, convoy members would appear in a different color on the map for easier identification. Of course, it would need some polishing, but I’m surprised this post has been around for almost a year and no one has really noticed the potential of this suggestion. It’s definitely worth a look! 7. Personally, I think it would be a great idea. I believe this system already exists, but it's currently limited to the moderation team (shout-out to any mods reading this!). It would just be a matter of releasing it to the public, so that when you see a player, instead of showing their full name, it displays a "Player" tag along with their TMP ID. That way, the screen would look much cleaner for content creators in crowded areas, instead of being cluttered with overlapping names when there are lots of people packed into a small area.
  8. The idea seems promising, though I believe some might try to take advantage of the system to gain priority over other reports if it's implemented. Still, I think it's worth testing for a while to see how things evolve.
  9. It looks really goodI like it. It has a vibe quite similar to Steam. I’ve already added this new interface to my list of favorites. Thanks so much for sharing it!
  10. I hope that with the new moderators joining, we can address some gaps that people tend to exploit for mischief, such as using hacks or trolling late at night. I'm in the UTC-4:00 time zone, so while it's nighttime for me, people on the other side of the pond might be working or doing personal things. It's understandable that there isn't much moderator activity during those hours.
  11. Ojo, que ya inicie pronto, y desearle la mejor de las suertes a todos los participantes.
