Ik that this is old and nobody might respond but is there a way to use arrow keys instead of numbers?

Hey im trying to change my free cam controls for ets2 because I recently bought a new keyboard without numpad but while trying to do so no profiles would show up in the profiles folder. I am confused on what to do and any help would be appreciated.
