I think rather than a time frame that the pop up suggestion the player above me has said would be a better option in my opinion.

I think the way it is now works alright at least for me. It appears to work for both players and admins. Obviously it isn't exactly the easiest thing to do when driving but it is do-able.

I support this idea. It is indeed unfair on those who wait patiently as opposed to those who can skip the queue by logging on at the right time.

I love this idea, it would be helpful if you were away for a minute or so to make a coffee parked up somewhere safe and you could have a warning before you got kicked.

I only have one screen and I haven't a problem with the way it is for me right now. I don't think it's really needed.

It doesn't need to be changed. It's one of those things in the game that is the way it is for a good reason.

It would cause lag if everyone used it but at the same time you would get trolls who would basically hog it all of the time. Then people like you who really wanted it would never get a chance to use it. I get where your coming from but any feature that is added should be almost troll proof or at least to a certain degree. Otherwise it would increase admins work load with people complaining, "People are hogging it"

It could be classed as unfair though if very few at one time are allowed to do this. Many might find it useful but all of those people wouldn't be able to do it if so few players could use it at once. Then you would get people who would on purpose 'hog' it all of the time when they are on. Even if there is a time out of some sort after a certain amount of time they could easily grab it again if they were fast enough so that other people might never get to use it.

But how can you tell who is genuine and who is not? The lag it could bring would also create more crashes ect.. making people more inaccurate with their driving.

The visibility is fine how it is at the moment. I've never had a problem with not being able to view further. As long as you keep alert, it won't be a problem for anyone. 'Trusted' players could still troll.

I don't think it would be a great idea. People can curse, shout and generally be an annoying troll even more so than they normally are. In other words, it can be abused quite easily.

Like the others have said above it will more likely than not increase lag. I also do not have a problem with the current viewing distances and like them the way they are as it makes you more aware of your surroundings constantly looking out for other trucks.

It means that you can go through other trucks without collecting damage and vice versa

The thing i don't get about these threads is. IF they get more Admin either way there is more players than Admins so players will still misbehave even if more Admins do come in the future so these threads are absolutely useless.
I see your point of view but I also see the other point of view. Yes there will always be more players than admins. The point is the more admins that there are, the more trolls that can be dealt with at once. In other words, it will be less likely that the trolls will get away with it or not get dealt with for a period of time.

I think the admins are doing as best of a job as they can. There are many players and many trolls. Admins are hard to hire as others above have stated. More will come, it will just take a little while that's all

I feel your pain really I do. I used to be bad but I practiced in single player as some other users have suggested and I actually got better. Keep practicing. You will do it eventually.

I had a similar problem. What worked for me is to uninstall both the multiplayer mod and ETS2 game then reinstall.

Okay. I fixed it by uninstalling both mp and ETS2 on steam. Then I had another problem crop up which made multiplayer run as single player which I managed to fix by running as admin.
