The green color of the nametag of the user that you encountered could corrispond to the role of Community Contributor.
The blue one could corrispond to a member of the Team who is part of the Event Team (Event Manager or Event Senior Manager). Furthermore the user could have been a Member of the Translation Team (Senior Translation Manager,Translation Manager or simply a Translator).
