I did everything as you said, installed the launcher, but the problem is the same and has not gone anywhere

I enter the game as usual, write a successful login, after that I press the button along the way and immediately write offline in the upper right corner, that is, I have not connected to the server, and so on with all servers RU - Вхожу в игру как обычно, пишу успешный логин, после этого по ходу жму кнопку и сразу в правом верхнем углу пишу offline, то есть я не подключился к серверу и так далее со всеми серверами
