Quizás puede servirte esto:
1- Reinicia tu router/módem y tu PC
2- Vaya a "Este Equipo" y copie/pegue esta ruta C:\Usuarios%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache
3- Elimine todos los archivos de ambas carpetas.
4- Inicie el lanzador como administrador y vuelva a intentarlo.
Si los pasos dados no funcionan, puedes probar a instalar una VPN gratuita, por ejemplo ''Ultrasurf''Cuando instales la VPN, déjala abierta mientras que abres el launcher de TruckersMP

You must go to these folders: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x86
Then, go to plugins and delete that folder
