Most common thing to happen when you appealed a ban two times is: You will not be able to appeal that ban anymore and if you think the ban issued is unjustified you should create a feedback from https://truckersmp.com/feedback

 

Please note that to complain about a ban the ban appeal status should be Accepted/Declined/Modified.

You cannot apply because you have more than 3 bans in the last 24 months your last ban was at 28 Oct 2020 so you cannot apply until that time

I can suggest you to try to map buttons in ATS singleplayer via the keys & buttons section of the game or select your steering wheel in the game and try to map buttons

While in TruckersMP Game you should enable chat by pressing f9 and after enabling the chat by pressing Y button and type /channel 19 to enable CB Radio

That is normal also when I select a server to play in it that also redirects me to the normal page and when I click continue playing it will load as multiplayer I hope my answer could help you.

Try running TruckersMP launcher as an administrator.

 

Solution 2)

Try to verify the integrity of the files via Steam. Guide

 

Solution 3)

Go to Documents -> Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator), delete config.cfg file and then launch the game.

 

Solution 4)

Run a System file checker on your computer then launch the game in DirectX 64-bit mode.
