Hello! I was wandering if its possible for me to create a mod that all of my VTC members can use so we can all have the same skinned trucks in-game. To my knowledge, the people with the mod will be able to see other people using the skin on there truck and trailer but people without the mod wouldn't be able to see the skins. Can someone confirm this or correct me please. Many Thanks, Zilck
