Some cargo missing on Virtual Speditor for ATS

I started to play again after a long time, I have all stats. And this type of cargo like Sulfuric or Hydrochlor is open in all map, is like dinamite and diesel, but they dont show for me in speditor. -
Hi, I try to create some cargo on my ATS but some of then are missing for me, like Transformer, Hydrochlor, Sulfuric and some others. This is very strange because I have all cargo packs, there some fix to this????
