The reason for this is because, when you join the servers, the time is different to offline.
This will always happen as the times online are always going to be different to offline.

Please read the following:
1.) Login to Steam
2.) Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2
3.) Click on Properties and navigate to Betas
4.) Click on the drop down arrow and select temporary 1_30_1_6 - 1.30.1.6 for incompatible mods
5.) Once installed, Run Client as Administrator and enjoy!
Important: TruckersMP currently doesn’t support the new Special Cargo DLC.

Instructions on how to fix this problem:
1.) Login to Steam
2.) Right click on ETS2 and click on Properties
3.) Navigate to the Betas tab and choose public_beta 1.30 Public Beta
4.) Once installed, you will be all good to go

Instructions on how to fix this:
1.) Login to Steam
2.) Right click on American Truck Simulator and click on properties
3.) Navigate to the Betas tab and click on the drop down arrow
4.) Choose temporary_1_29 - 1.29.1.1 for incompatible mods
5.) Now wait for it to install and you will be all ready to go!
