    I agree with this suggestion, in that an expanded parking area is needed here. Many people prefer parking there, as it isn't as busy as Calais, and offers easy access to C-D, with fuel included, and is commonly used. Currently, parking is limited to 4/5 trucks, so when more come in to park, it begins to get crowded, and incidents occur such as collisions, or blocking the path of other users. An upgrade here would prevent that, and allow people to commune here, without the worry of causing any issues.

    Suggestion Name: Event post server linking

    Suggestion Description: On the event posts for events, if an event has been marked as being hosted on a dedicated event server, there should be an option to click on the "event server" text and have it take you to the event server request.

    Any example images: N/A

    Why should it be added?: It would be easy to confirm any temporary event rules without having to lookup and find the server for this event, and also would be helpful to know what is enabled on the server, and what isn't, as well as server opening and closing times. Being able to click on the event server from the events page, would make it a lot easier and simpler rather than finding it.

    8. Additionally, type the number 8
    9. Penultimately, type the number 9
    10. Lastly, type the numbers 1 and 0 next to each other, to make 10

    [29th May 2021] WARP Convoys | May Convoy

    Welcome to WARP Convoys,

     

    We invite you to join us on our May Edition of WARP Convoys. We'll be venturing to the Baltic Sea for this edition. Starting off in the coastal city of Klaipéda, we'll have a meetup there, before departing out of the city. On our way, we'll pass Mazeikiai, a small town, Siauliai and Penavézys, both larger cities. Then we'll travel through Utena and North to Valmiera. All before heading a bit further north, up to our final destination of Tartu.

     

    We will be meeting up at 12:00 UTC, ready for a departure at 13:00 UTC. We look forward to seeing you on the roads with us.

    Event Rules: 

     

    • No overtaking is allowed.
    • Event Staff are allowed to overtake participants on the correct side of the road providing this is completed in a safe manner. In accordance with the rule below.
    • Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at a time.
    • Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier ONLY. In accordance with the rule above.
    • Participants should only park in their parking locations, such as VTCs should park in their designated parking areas for the VTC.
    • Beacons are only to be used by Event Staff.
    • Freeroaming is forbidden.
    • Event staff may block roads to lead the convoy in the correct direction.
    • Event staff may park outside of map boundaries if needed (ie: Not on top of buildings, and objects).
    • All participants must use a trailer during the convoy, event staff are exempt from this.
    • All other TruckersMP rules apply.

    [26th June 2021] Coastal Convoy - In Aid Of The RNLI

    We are hosting a convoy along the coasts of Europe in aid of the RNLI. The RNLI is a service in the UK and Ireland protecting our shores, and keeping the people who use it safe. They are made up of 95% volunteers, putting their lives on hold to help others out at sea, at a moments notice. They rely fully on donations from the members of the public in order to keep going.

     

    We'll have three routes, along the coast, in aid of the RNLI. You can find out all of the information you need to know in our discord server, and down below. Starting in Aberdeen in England, we'll set off down the British coastline, to the port of Felixstow. We'll  cross over to Rotterdam, then traveling across the Netherlands and German coast, finishing in Gdansk. For our final route, we'll head into the baltics heading up to Paldiski.

     

    There will be prizes on offer for the truckfest, which can be found in our Discord Server, and will be update below later on.
