  1. The cause of your stutters may occur when your game is saving and you have a lot of cached_discovery in one of your profiles. This can happen by changing game versions or swapping (map) mods on and off on the same profile.

     

    You would need to decrypt your profile.sii and profile.bak.sii in every profile folder you have, and look for cached_discovery:, then delete all numbered [] entries and set the first line to 0.

     

    You'll want to change it from this:

    Keep in mind that these cached_discovery may be in the hundreds of thousands. The highest I have seen myself before is about 260.000 entries.

    Since this list will span the entire rest of the file, you can double-click on the number, then Ctrl+Shift+End, then while still holding shift left-click behind the last entry to highlight all rows. Then simply press the number 0 and you should get the second screenshot above.

    What you put in as the report reason has no merit on the reported player.

    The respective Report or Game Moderator will review the evidence and apply the ban reason based on what can be seen in the evidence.

    Which reason you submit the report under may help to direct the moderators attention to pay attention to specific aspects of the evidence. For example the chat, or any overtaking players.

     

    Before my own days as a Game Moderator I only ever put in Reckless Driving, because that's implied by any other rule violation anyway lol

    I also have 17 pages of reports filed, at 25 per page that's a bit over 400 reports 🙈

    Ironically, that will likely be the issue.

     

    TruckersMP has made modifications to the city of Duisburg, as well as introduced the custom city of TruckersMP HQ (south-west of Wrocław, Poland).

    These cities change the map by adding and moving Companies. This is treated by the game as a content change, and will trigger an economy reset.

     

    You can follow the Knowledgebase Article I linked below to get the those modifications into your game, and prevent future resets.

  4. If you got disconnected, you can use the console command "game" to reload the most recently created save. This works best with a quicksave made directly before it, so you don't accidentally load an auto-save from up to 5 minutes before.

    The ban duration is still visible on the banned players TruckersMP Profile.

    It will just not be shown in-game when the ban is issued anymore.

    If you still want to know how long someone has been banned for, you can search their profile on the website and you'll see.

     

    I had understood that the ban duration wouldn't be shown on the TruckersMP Profile anymore. But this is just for the in-game "announcements" when someone gets banned.

    So I do actually agree with this change too lul

    From my limited testing in Convoy sessions with Friends is that other players' trucks aren't even considered by the game for Adaptive Cruise Control or Emergency Braking.

    So I doubt they'll work on TMP, unless TMP has managed to figure out how to make them work on trucks.

    It's not TMP deciding when the Economy (and by extension also your Truck) is reset. It's the Map Changes made to the TMP HQ area that affect the navigation data, which causes the game to reset you.

    True true. Though I imagine that it'd work with most DLCs, that it's quite a quick change to implement. Usually DLCs were implemented within a few days, if not the same day.

    Only time will tell how Shawn manages ?

    Since those will be coming in 1.40, it wouldn't really make sense implementing them right now, when we're still on 1.39 with TMP ?

    Shawn likely has those Trucks on his radar already and will implement them for when TMP updates to 1.40, I believe ^^

    That's to do with FMOD and has been said to be an issue in the 1.39 blog post. It is likely going to take some time to fix this. Repeatedly asking won't speed this process up one bit. It'll happen when it happens.
