    Strobing beacon lights lag

    Hi guys, so i got this configuration:

    I5 10600KF

    RX480 8G

    16GB

    I wanted to ask you, why when i'm passing some guys who have the new strobe lights on are droping my fps? This started happening since 1.40 update

    From 68-72 fps i'm feeling like the fps drops to 30 and it has a desync type of lag i dont know how to explain it.

    I also disabled secondary veh lights from Graphics options

    What should I do or disable?

    I would personally say that if there is not much difference as shown in the photos, I would use the one with the better performance. Otherwise, you are getting essentially the same graphical quality with a lower FPS and latency that your hardware is capable of providing.

    Hi guys, i have a question. Which is better for looks 1080p 300/400 scaling or 1440p 200 scaling? I also tried 4k 100% scaling[Got the best FPS but my PC is turning into a plane]

    I need to mention that the fps is kinda the same, 4-5 fps more in 2K vs 1080p.

    Yo guys does someone know when the 1.40 update will come? SP ETS2 came out of beta and now the version is 1.40

    I really can't wait to play mp on 1.40

    Draw Distance

    So guys i'm having a small problem that annoys me a bit. When I drive in MP especially in crowded places. People in front of me like 300-400m ahead are appearing, disappearing and appearing again[DRAW| SMOOTHING DISTANCE AT MAXIMUM]

    Does somebody have this problem too?

    So I'm asking if I change this Draw Distance in config file would my problem disappear

    Reading about your GPU and how the game run in the RX 480, I found a topic talking about an issue with the Direct 9 and the RX 480.

     

    Remembering, check your GPU driver version and the last published by AMD. This type of issue can be solved by driver update. If in the past, the game run without any problem with this GPU, try to use an old version of this driver (NOT RECOMENDED).

     

    I mean that thread is 3 years old. I dont know what to do.

    When I started playing ets2mp i had some 8600gt 512mb from nivida(2015-2016) and now i got a prebuilt pc like 1.5-2years ago so those are the specs

    My recommendation is to try to reduce your ETS graphics because the TruckersMP isn't so optimized as the Euro Truck Simulator 2. 

     

    Another thing that you can do is update the graphic card driver.

     

    The last thing that you can do is ask for people who have the same graphic card as you have if they have the same problem.

    I'm sure my game can run smoothly at 300 scalling ultra. I'm not giving up on graphics just for that.

    Hi guys, I saw that everybody experienced this bug. But it was like back in april or 2019. We're almost in 2021 so when I'm in Calais-Duisburg or Leaving those 2(Even if there is only me or 2-3 more players on tab) my game drops from 75fps(vsync) to 20 or something. Is this normal in 2021? In 2015-2016 when it first appeared truckersmp i didn't experience this lag(Also i was playing on a very bad PC- Windows Xp)

     

     Also, in this video from Darwen at 3:50 minutes that guys doesn't have lag. How is this possible?

     

    My PC Config:

    i5 4570(3.2-3.6Ghz)

    RX 480(8G)

    16G Ram(2x8 ddr3)

    Game on SSD[Sata3]

    Double trailers

    Well, and as I can see you need to have the Beyond The Baltic Sea DLC and Heavy Cargo.. So, I'm going to stick with the normal ones or the 1.39 trailers. Thank you.

    There are also mods which allow you to get double trailer combos. To get these in TMP save the trailer in Single player and load into TMP. This works as it's save editing.
