    It's great to see you that you have reached out for some assistance on the TruckersMP Forum! 

    As a suggestion, could you possibly try validating the integrity of your game files as this should solve this. 

    To verify the integrity of the games files, follow the steps listed below:

    1. >Open up Steam
    2. >Navigate to your Library
    3. >Right Click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and select Properties
    4. >Once there navigate to Local Files
    5. >Click on Verify integrity of game files...


    After the above, wait a few minutes for the files to verified, then load up the game again.

    First up, welcome to the TruckersMP Forum, and thank you for using the Forum to gain some insight in regards to your specific issue! 

    As mentioned before this is usually as a result of poor internet connectivity either from your side or the station side, however I found that at setting the station you prefer to one of your favorites reduces the amount of skipping. 
    For this to work you can only have 1 (at a time) station set as your favorite. So if you have multiple favorited station it will skip to the next available favorited station and so on.

    Please ask her to follow the link below which will then authenticate her Steam Account for her to create a ticket, and explain in detail what she needs assistance with. 
    The link to creating the Support Ticket --> https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create 

    Once she has authenticated her Steam Account she will be able to create the Support Ticket.

    We appreciate that you have used our forum for some help with your wife's account issue. 

    However u
    nfortunately, we are unable to sort out account issues via the TruckersMP Forum.
    Please ask your wife to go ahead submit a Support Ticket with the Support Team over here: https://truckersmp.com/support/ticket/create 
    Additionally worth noting as well: Make sure that your wife creates the support ticket with her Steam Account and not yours. 

    A support member will get back to you as soon as possible after submission of the support ticket.
