After very tries, I solved the problem. Can be moved to Solved Topics.

"Euro Truck Simulator 2 can not access the Steam client" This error appeared when I tried run the ETS2, even when selected in steam "1.35 for incompatible mods". *My ETS2 updated automatically to 1.36* Only singleplayer work normally.
