Hello @Private TigerUK! TruckersMP added/fixed season effects with the latest update of the mod.
You can disable it by turning off season effects in Tab menu (players list) > settings

No. You will not banned for this as it will not affect on other players. These actions are allowed if they don't affect on other players.
