Truck company earns no money

Hi! I tried to use the search function, but the function didn' work for me. I wanted to ask if it is possible to activate the truck company during multiplayer? I have currently five drivers who work for me, but they dont earn money, when I am playing on multiplayer? Is there a way to activate it ? Thanks for your help!
