The workshop is disable in multiplayer mod, You cannot use any skin/map/shape modification in multiplayer.

Try to do /pinfo <id (Beside his name)> to get his truckersmp id and steam id. Its way easier than /s <first 4 digit of his name>.

Look at the center bottom. Is that why you mean "while im driving, it fills up, and truck keeps speeding itself"

Is it, than you must have Keyboard + Mouse with pedals control. It will accelerate your truck by moving your mouse up and brake by moving your mouse down. If you not get used to it, you better change to "Keyboard + Mouse Steering" without pedals.
