When a ban appeal has been accepted does it count towards your 3 then 4th for 1 month then 5 for 3 months? Or when a admin looks and they see that they have been accepted they don't count it in the bans? Its hard to explain, hopefully you can answer. Thank you.

It does count towards your 3rd and 4th ban, Only bans that has 12 months after expires that doesn't count.

As said above it does. So if your ban time shortens , however your next ban will be permanently. So be careful when you driving
