just want to make a quick question.. if youre going through a roundabout and somebody doesnt yield and hits your trailer can you get banned for "ramming" ??

No, you can't be banned if someone else ignores yield sign, actually, you can report them for ramming. However, make sure, that it is you, who has right of way.
In ETS2, anytime you are entering roundabout there is yield sign, and you have to give way to traffic inside the roundabout, not sure about ATs, there is only few roundabouts, but I think they are the same. At this time, only exceptions is Russia, where they commonly use dysfuctional roundabouts where traffic entering roundabout has priority, and yield signs are inside the roundabout, before each exit.
