No Snow on the Road! but the snow is dropping from sky

Hello i have installed the Winter Mod from the official TruckersMP. And i created a folder "mods" in the ETS2MP folder. And i pasted all the 3 files in the folder but there is no snow on the road but its dropping from the sky and i asked my friends whether there was snow on the street and it was the case with them. Can you help me?
