Make sure nothing is blocking the ports to the server. I'm not sure if the MP mod has been updated to support the 1.14 yet.

I wanted BF4, but after seeing reviews, been mostly a MP game put me off. GTA V for PC seems interesting. not played a GTA game since the PS2 (vice city and san andreas).
