Not unless you click on the old profile and select delete, creating a new profile normally shouldn't delete your old ones if it does...there is something seriously wrong

USA Server is in Quebec, Canada. I see pings on it as low as 15 usually about 30.
EU server (yes its only one server, 2 virtual setups) is in France. I usually get 112-150, Avg 120-128.
Your suggestion would make me not wanting to play mp on any server but USA. Issue? Not really... But it would be a good reason to quite...
Atleast you'd still have a server you can connect to >.> US and EU my ping sits above 300

I can understand where you are coming from, no one likes laggers but what I am getting at here is:
You are telling people such as myself that we are not allowed to play on the MP mod because we are too far from the server? I'm sorry but...that is bullshit. To those who say that people with high ping are the cause of ramming and crashing, have you only been playing the mod for one day??? -

Controllers Used:Keyboard
Description of Issue: When in the settings menu in-game the description text for the smoothing and render sliders remains on the screen, however this is easily fixed by moving the mouse over another option. Just though I'd post it here to let the devs know.
How to reproduce: As described above hover over the slider options in the tab menu settings then move the mouse off to the side and exit the menu.

hmmm i understund u position, but i just tell for server 1 if can be move ping lim from 600 to 400, i ping 20to30 those day but when im near big city and there is some one ping more then 300 start lag and block street to all around horns and all start type s***
if we do keep server 1 good for me is good idea try test for 1-2 day ping limit to 400, i think lot of player will be happy. Alright I can see why people would want no-one with high ping and I don't want to pick a fight, I would probably feel the same in your position but, the whole point on being on EU1 is because that's where the most players are and that's the whole reason to MP, playing with other truckers I could just go onto US1 or EU2 and save you and others alot of hassle but what's the point on playing MP when I'm only gonna come across someone every 2 hours or whatever, and I don't like EU2 because of the non-collision and speed limiter I love those aspects. In the end of the day that's my opinion and voice, I just don't want to be forced off the server because I live far from Europe. I am not thinking about myself either, I'm sure there are plenty of other players in my same position that just want to enjoy ETS2 with others.

Ok so what I'm getting at here is, you are saying basically people such as myself who live far from EU AND US like Australia should not be able to play the mod? Yes I understand the ping is an issue, I sit on ~400 ping in EU and ~350 on US so I can't escape. How is that fair to those of us that wish to enjoy the mod with other players globally, I have not had any real issues I've gotten through rotterdam and europoort fine on many occasions and I'm pretty sure rammers can see me clearly I've had them try to run me off the road many times so why can't other players? I'm sorry if it appears I'm taking a stab at you but honestly even if I upgraded my internet (which wont be happening as I have no job) I'd still get high ping, enough to warrant your ping kick. A big -1 untill the devs can release an Australian/Oceanic server I'll be remaining on EU

When the devs incorporate server-side profiles it would be interesting, help newer players (like myself, kinda) learn the European road rules and basic truck control (parking, stopping distance, turning etc.) and as a refresher for older players or people who come back from a break but nothing over the top maybe just a short 100-200km delivery followed by a dedicated instructor who helps you learn, more a lesson than a test.

But what about people who overtake someone else on country lanes? Would they be penalised aswell for doing a perfectly legal manouver?
I'm pretty sure a quick, safe overtake wouldn't cause a wrong way offence, it takes the game a while to register you're going the wrong way or travelling along a broken line road (or atleast I have noticed in SP)

I'm not sure on how the speed limiter works in the code, but is it even possible to have the limit be 50 in cities/towns, and 90 on the open roads? I'm stuck on if I agree or disagree, yes it would slow people down but that's the thing, alot of people would be upset. If you are worried about maniacs on the roads take some responsibility and ask yourself "Is it safe to cross that intersection?" If you feel uncomfortable take it a bit slower, you will have more reaction time to either stop or swerve out of the way. Not too slow that you cause an accident yourself though

I get this quite a bit aswell, it just happened as I entered zurich I think and it was pretty crowded it chose the worse time though as I was turning and another guy was next to me hope it booted my truck as I crashed so I didn't cause an accident

THIS! It is annoying when I get ping kicked (happens frequently) and have to restart the game to reconnect. Atleast make it so we can go into our profile and load it back up or even have the option to go back to the log in screen. (haven't checked if this is available in 0.1.5 R4 but I'm assuming it isn't)
