Hello there,
Generally, software such as this is located in your plugins folder which can be found in your game directory. Typically, this will be as follows: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64\plugins". Therefore, in most cases, you are able to remove the software by deleting the .dll file located in this directory.
Additionally, the location of any running software should also be logged in your game's log files. Therefore, if you would prefer to be one-hundred per cent sure, you may wish to look at this file for any information. It can be found in "Documents\American Truck Simulator or Euro Truck Simulator 2\game.log".
