@Smalley i have looked at 25 or your reports and can only see 1 declined for insufficient evidence and 1 for inconclusive evidence.
The reason many get declined is due to players reporting others for ramming, blocking or trolling and only supply a screenshot and we cannot ascertain they have committed these with that sort of evidence.
@Trademarkgamer I do not think that would work also because all we would be doing is declining them for whatever reason and most will feel it was declined for an unjustified reason and put it back in the pot.

Hi, I am the admin who dealt with the report, after re assessing the footage I would also like to point out that your friend was also at fault because he came around the bend on the wrong side of the road.
If you would also like to give me his details I am more than happy to ban both for the offences.

What is with these threads lately???
We are online when we can be online, we have lives as well, we cannot commit that we will be on at certain times as i have said we have real lives and they sometimes take over this virtual world.
Why cannot people be happy that we give up our time for free, if you want us to commit to certain time slots that we will be "online" then I suggest donating and paying us an hourly rate when we are on and had our time sheets stamped.

I agree with Max on this, I do not think you can justify your comments, as in game admins we see a multitude of reports or rule breaking and to be honest i could not tell you which nationality I ban the most or cause the most issues.
It looks like you have made a biased and rash assumption based on YOUR experience.
I personally find your comment derogatory and borderline racist. IMHO.

As the other two have said please take a screenshot and get their steam ID and make a report in the forum and we will deal with it, it is also correct we take a very firm stance with insults and swearing in chat and deal with it quickly if we are witness to it.

Travelling the incorrect way down the road or anything similar. Could I also ask that during you ban you read all the in game rules so you will not make any more mistakes.-

It should have only been for 30 mins but I made a typo, in future F7 and enter, may I bring to your attention the in game rule,
Inappropriate Parking - Kick / Ban
Parking or stopping in areas of high population for no reason such as Rotterdam Port or anything similar, using the designated car parks is fine (This is fine when there is low traffic in the area).Ban lifted

If you continue in this manner then you ban will be increased, admins can only act on what we see and all I saw was both you and your friend blocking/ and insulting. We have a job to do and we have to deal with multiple reports and sometimes we cannot get to them straight away. It is only for one day and you can just refresh yourself on the in game rules as insults or threats are not allowed, If somebody is trolling you buddy then record it and log a report and they will be punished.
