This is not a performance post. I cannot play multiplayer, no matter how I install the thing

As in the title, everytime I launch TruckersMP (No matter the compatibility) in Admin and regular mode it launches the Singleplayer version of the game Few things I've tried : -Reinstall both ATS and ETS2 in a different directory -Reinstall countless times TruckersMP -Uninstall anti-virus -Firewall was already disabled -This solution : Things I've noticed : -Mouse isn't working. -Splash screens and loading screens in both games are broken (See attachment)
