Thank you, this worked! I honestly didn't believe this was the issue, as Norton has never complained about any file before, not even ETS2MP. Turns out the most annoying thing was actually having to switch every Norton application off, there doesn't seem to be a master switch.

Hi there, I tried to download the latest version of ETS2MP today, and open the .exe file. However, upon doing so, WinRar says I must close the application which is using ETS2MP.exe to compress the file. I wasn't even trying to compress it. Neither ETS2MP or ETS2 were open. I tried a further seven times to download the mod, no luck. I then tried to extract the .exe file to desktop, and the same issue occurred. Norton 360 even removed the file, saying it was unsafe, and it never does this for any other file or previous versions of ETS2MP. After this, I re-installed WinRar, un-installed ETS2MP, even tried 7Zip to open the file, restarted my PC. None of the above worked, same issue. I am now moderately frustrated with this problem and I hope it can be resolved soon.
