achteruit

Hello Everyone my probleem is almost 4 month and I saw a lot of people too getting that error.I login the game but everybody's ping is 0 ms nobody is moving but I can.In the game other truckers wheels turning but they re staying same place.I formatted my computer my sons computer is working well thats why there is no internet problem I think I closed firewall.I am not using antivirus but its happening to me always I bought that game I loved it firstly in alpha mod there is no problem like that Its very annoying is any admin or user can fix it?
