Some Server issues ??

Hello guys, I'm pretty new to the truck simulating so I hope i'm not kicking anyone's chins by asking this.. But is it normal that I don't meet any players on the servers? I was on a server with 2300 people and i didn't meet a single one I also have issues getting onto the servers when i open the game. Is it me or is it the client? Sorry for bothering!!
