[Black screen when using triple monitor setup]

I started using 3 monitor setup for ets2. 

in SP it works ok. 

In MP - I get only to login.. then its all black.. any help?

edit: solved..   switchet back to full HD and when in game on server back to 6K

why this project always require on newest version of game?

Its sad that MP requre 1.27.2.9s when  VR supported version is 1.27.2.something-s   I mean its almost same version.. just added VR support so why it cant be supported by you guys?

nvm. just got it, it can be set in settings. 

 

jB - i bought 3rd monitor and nvidia surround give me only some lowres resolution, so I need use SoftTTH which use dx9. 

Problem is.. even softTTH does not work ok with ATS..  i have  ingame image only on left monitor........ weird

Normally ATS can be forced with  -rdevice dx9  but MP ignores this my setting in Steam.

I also had another problem..  when I set to 100% opacity, whenever I want move window my mouse get stuck and cannot get free again. 

so I was not able to get on that buttons  but after restart it helped.. mouse was free and I was able to get down on that hidden buttons

in ATS, I set  tab windows complete see trough, but then settings button disappeared..

I also cant use mouse. when I tab and right click. it just move window nothing else. cant free it. 

 

Restart does not help

[Penalty points system in game]

1. there is no kick or ban for overspeeding or driving trough signals 

2. i saw on stream how admins works and (dont take this as some insult) they work only on 100% proof accidents, like big crashes.. etc.  But most of reports cant be proven until you really record video nonstop. But who have computer and free hdd for it?  So we will make justice only for rich kids with good computers? People who cant record video will not get justice?

3. Kicking and banning will not change anything. 

4. I am talking about automatic system. Kicks and bans still need admins, which dont have time.  

Last year when I was in VTC with most kilometers we reported many people and only fraction of them get banned or kicked.  And its reason why so many people dont drive in multiplayer, because its still chaos. 

Every day I get rammed by someone, there need to be automated system that will solve issues, otherwise it will never be ok and it will still lose people (and never get good ones.. those who are feared of rammers). 

 

+ its more realistic.. kicks and bans does not exist in reality.  And this is simulation game. 

 

Sami - ok, points given. Send me pm with your address, i am gona stalk you and if you will violate just one rule from your country, you will be send to jail for ever..  how this sounds to you?  its simulator game!

Suggestion Name: Penalty Point System

Suggestion Description:

I think current in game fees are too small and unimportant.  Yes of course everyone can cheat money, so money fees are nonsense. So we need penalty points system, like its currently in EU and many other countries. We will need to someone make modification to get this working. Maybe even for money? I think ETS2mp stuff can start gathering donations to get more devs that will create new features in ets2mp (trought core or trough mods).

 So if you play wrong and get fees (like crashing, overspeeding, driving trough signals..) you should get penalty point. After some points, you will be unable to drive for some time (in real time).

I think this is possible to make it and it will make game more realistic but also it will handle many cases, when people break driving rules for longer time. It will no need that much in game admins anymore. 

 

For every 1 penalty player will get in game (classical -xxx currency) you will get 1 penalty point.  For every xx km you will drive, you will get 1 point less (only if you have any points on profile already). 

Of course it will be good if admins can decide which penalties should be penalised with this system.  Sometimes I just drive around curves and get wrong direction penalty..   but driving trough signals or overspeeding or crashing others? That will be nice to do.

There was no NCZ at start and it was horrible, its weapon for rammers. 

But I agree there should be possible to do easy parking, because many people dont know how to park properly and they waste lots of time there, blocking view of others..etc

I am definitely for this. 

1. It will make game more realistic - and we are playing simulator game isnt? 

2. people will must drive more with care..  I am watching people on Twitch and how crazy they are driving..  (they are not rammers, just they dont care.. ) 

3. it will drive off people that dont take this seriously

4. people will drive slower.. how many times I see someone  driving 100km/h in curves so they drive trough both lanes which can easy lead in crash of others..

Well I think there should be avatar system for solely for ets2mp. 

Its bad idea dictate someone steam profile.. you know Steam have many games.. not just ets2. 

or feature to turn off showing own steam avatar in ets2

I think many people can have avatar that is inapropriate for this game, but very apropriate for others.. and no one should dictate things like steam profile..  except Steam itself, so giving them feature to turn that avatar off in ets2 or set different avatar for ets2 will solve it without hassle)

 

+ showing butt is not pornographic content..  so its allowed by Steam itself..
