Before it used to let me sleep at anytime, but now recently when I try to sleep I get the message ''This is a rest stop, but you're not tired right now'' Thanks for ur help

Do drivers work in MP?

Does hiring drivers work in multiplayer, if so how does it work? I'm not sure if I shoud buy trucks for drivers or im just going to waste money? EDIT: Thanks for help, also I know this sounds chesty but does assigning cars to drivers work?
