    Hi. @[T.R.G] - Hasblack!.

For the case of the 3000km+: I consider it normal, it has happened to me in certain areas, I do not see that it means a serious problem that I let it pass. Take it as a benefit to know how far away the other players are.

For the case of the ping: this problem does not have to do with the speed of Internet but yes with the quality of your connection. Some ISP (companies that give you internet) have a poor infrastructure that causes micro-cuts in the connection which makes the ping too high for a few seconds, also known as type T3 errors. The system that gets the average ping in TruckersMP is extremely sensitive to this, which is why each micro-cut raises the ping to 5000ms (depending on how long that micro-cut is) and removes you from the game. Solving this only depends on your ISP improving the quality of their networks.

You can also present this problem when you are watching a live streaming video, listening to an online radio or any game with a persistent connection.

(Another reason, although less likely, given that your 57ms ping is pretty good, is that in your network overload the Internet at those times with downloads, Twitch, YouTube, Torrent, Netflix, etc. That can increase your ping while performing such activities.)

On the other hand, remember that there is a subforum in Spanish in case you need help expressed in that language in the future.

    Greetings.

    Hi.

Since you do not accept suggestions like "stop using the program" and I suppose you tried to make those graphics configurations within the options in-game I suggest this:

This forum is for problems with the multiplayer directly and not with the game itself. In your video you can see that you interact directly with Euro Truck Simulator 2 so it is not related to this subforum, but...

In order to solve your problem, which involves the game directly and to an external program (where probably you are told that they do not take care of the use of external modifications in the game) you should visit the SCS Software forums - Technical Problems.

Links that may be interesting for you (about ETS2 and Nvidia Inspector): https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=244658

I hope you can solve your problem.

    Greetings.
  3. Gonzalox's post in The new reporting system was marked as the answer
    Hi @TSRVTC ViperSRT

Reports sent within the game remain available for only 10 minutes, after the time expires these are deleted and that is why you see that message. My advice is to always record and report through the website to get at least one answer.

This happens because your report was not reviewed within those minutes, probably because of the large number of reports that must exist.

    Greetings.

  5. Gonzalox's post in Install Available Updates - Launcher not working was marked as the answer
Hi @BaldemarDeutsch [EN\TR], thanks but I read that looking for solutions but it did not work, anyway after hours of trying, I found the solution my own:
Download Ultrasurf. Run Ultrasurf. Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode. Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears. Exit/Close Ultrasurf. ???? Profit. Repeat the operation (steps 2-6)  each time you run TruckersMP.

Now I have the doubt of what is causing this problem, it is quite strange. Probably blame my ISP (VTR) or global provider (Level 3 ex Global Crossing or TIWS).

I hope it will help all those who have the problem (cc @Sheak Omar).
