Snowing with the wintermod turned off

Game: Euro Truck Simulator 2 Mod Version: 1.0.0.4 Controllers Used: Playstation 3 Controller Description of Issue: Me and my buddy both turned off the wintermod and restarted the game. But because of the 4mb update that rolled out 20-30 minutes ago, it's constantly snowing and there's no way to turn it off. How to reproduce: disable wintermod Screenshots / Videos: none
