TruckersMP update problem

I have downloaded the latest version of TruckersMP, but every time I open it it pops up this message: (image attached). I have tried everything, what do I do?

I have downloaded the update but it won't let me open TruckersMP. Everytime I open it, it looks like this: I have tried everything, what do I do??
