For the download process I click "download" and it starts doing its thing. I choose what version and which file and click download. It gives the green bar showing that it loads and within 5 seconds it says that its done. After I close the message and look for the shortcut on the screen, meanwhile the download icon is still in the task bar. The only way to remove the icon from the task bar is to restart the pc. I don't really know why it isn't downloading it completely. The pc is 3 years old with a 1 year old hard drive. Any ideas? Thanks!
