Hey truckers!
With 2023 a thing of the past, I want to know things our community wants to see happen in 2024 and beyond. It can be additions, improvements, features, etc. Please note, however, that this post is not to discuss the current state of the project or any issues that are present within it as well. I just want this to be a space to let our community voice their opinions about what they want to see in the future!

We already offer out alternating vehicles system, and will be able to offer more vehicles to choose from at once, soon.

Hi there,
Currently, the train crossing is bugged. Our dev team is working on a solution. In the meantime, we have added some signs to the area, like the one you want removed.
At this current moment, there is a 50/50 chance that the flashing lights will work for you when they need to. Therefore, that is why we've added that particular sign to prevent excessive traffic jams. We understand that the placement may be odd, however it was decided to place them there because the flashing lights are untrustworthy at the moment. No ETA on a solution implementation.-

Report Moderator Recruitment
From the 25th of January until the 27th of January, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Report Moderator Team.
The Report Moderation team is the face of the reports that come in on the website of TruckersMP. The team is responsible for moderating in-game actions that are reported by players through our website, answering appeals in a timely manner and making sure they are issuing the correct punishments to those who break the rules. This helps to keep the roads safe for everyone, and ensures the community enjoys the best experience on our servers.
Core Requirements:
- Familiarity with TruckersMP and its rules
- Must have a website account that is at least 12 months old
- Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No bans or forum/Discord punishments within the last 12 months
- Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months
- Good behaviour across our communication channels
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English (written)
- Good communication skills
- Resilient, active and flexible
- Ability to work within a team and on your own at times
- Eager to learn and progress your knowledge
- Organised and adaptive
- Be able to accept constructive criticism
Joining Process
- Initially, you will join under the team under the role of Game Moderation Trainee. During this time, you will receive 1 to 1 training with experienced Game Moderator Trainers.
- Once you have successfully completed your training and passed the relevant assessments, you will then be offered the position of Report Moderator. At this point, you will receive permission to review website reports and deal with your ban appeals, by applying what has been taught during your training and your own knowledge. During this period, your work will be subject to frequent checks by leaders, trainers and management to ensure you're progressing and developing in the role.
We're looking for motivated players from all around the world to join our expanding team of Report Moderators. We're very interested in applicants from both American and Asian continent time zones in order to provide a satisfactory service around the clock.

Add-On Team Recruitment
From the 1st of February until the 29th of February, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Add-On Team.
As a member of the TruckersMP Add-On Team, you will be creating official content for our platform. This content could be anything from vehicles to scenery objects. You must be able to work well in a team and make high-quality content.
Core Requirements:
- Familiarity with TruckersMP and its rules
- Must have a website account that is at least 12 months old
- Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No bans or forum/Discord punishments within the last 12 months
- Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months

Specific Qualifications
- 3D Modelling
- Texture Creation
- Animations using Blender
- Map editing (using the map editor built into Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator)
- Units (also known as definition files used by Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator)
- Save editing
This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements.
