Report Moderator Recruitment
From the 16th of May until the 18th of May, we will be looking for talented individuals to join our Game Moderation team as Report Moderators.
The Report Moderator is the face of the reports that come in on the website of TruckersMP. The Report Moderator is responsible for moderating in-game actions that are reported by players through our website, answering appeals in a timely manner and making sure they are issuing the correct punishments to those who break the rules. This helps to keep the roads safe for everyone, and ensures the community enjoys the best experience on our servers.
Core Requirements:
- Familiarity with TruckersMP and its rules
- Must have a website account that is at least 12 months old
- Must have a forum and Discord account for internal communication
- Must be at least 16 years old
- No bans or forum/Discord punishments within the last 12 months
- Must have no more than 3 bans in the last 24 months
- Good behaviour across our communication channels
- Must be sufficiently proficient in English (written)
- Good communication skills
- Resilient, active and flexible
- Ability to work within a team and on your own at times
- Eager to learn and progress your knowledge
- Organised and adaptive
- Be able to accept constructive criticism
We're looking for motivated players from all around the world to join our Game Moderation Team. We're very interested in applicants from both American and Asian continent time zones in order to provide a satisfactory service around the clock.
This position does not require any specific language skills, however understandable English is still a requirement as per the Core Requirements.

Thank you for creating this suggestion. At this time we will not be continuing with it as we are not planning on creating multi-language support for anything we create. However, there are plans to support IME - this is just awaiting another feature to be implemented.

Hi there,
I've touched on this in this suggestion that I just handled. Our Add-On Team is in the works of updating the Skoda with several new additions/updates. There is no ETA on the completion of this project.

Thank you for creating this suggestion. At this time we will not be continuing with it because we do not want to add any more cars to the game. In terms of updating the Skoda however, our Add-On team is working on a revamp of the Skoda. There is currently no ETA on this.

I want to stress that this is only a temporary addition for the period of our activities celebrating TruckersMP10, so the time it would take to create/update/add anything new to the map would likely take longer than the event lasts. However, we will keep these in mind for future events.

Hi there,
We currently offer something similar to this - the /search-tag feature. If your VTC does not have a tag, unfortunately this wouldn't work, but we find that the majority of VTCs do have one. Due to this we will be rejecting your suggestion. We hope you understand.

Thank you for creating this suggestion.
We will not be adding GM+ back on the map any time soon. Unfortunately, the reason we hid them in the first place is because of security reasons. We cannot explain further.
As for your argument regarding using the map to allow for safe overtakes, I’d argue that you don’t need to use the map, and just use the TAB menu as it gives clear information. Sure, it’s not a map, but it still is useful. Additionally, the chances of a moderator driving near you is usually pretty low, unless you’re driving on C-D, so the lack of information on the map shouldn’t make a difference. You can also utilize the in-game map while moving by pressing M.

I just handled a suggestion exactly the same as yours. We’ve put that one on hold because we currently have plans to create something like this, but due to the complexity of the project, as well as the availability of our developers, we cannot go forward with this suggestion. We placed the other one on hold - so this one will be rejected solely for organizational purposes, as well as to prevent duplicates.

Hey there,
Thank you for this suggestion. We understand that it is a tedious process sometimes, especially for those who have internet connection issues and whatnot. However, it takes just 30 seconds to reconnect, which we deem a very little amount of time. Furthermore, from my understanding, there would be no way for this command to work after you are disconnected from the server.
