    Know that you become "Pilote veteran" if you have registered since more than 1 year on the forum.

    In regards to your mouse not moving issue, please follow the instructions below:
    - Go to documents/eurotrucksimulator2 and delete the config.cfg file. 
    - Then go to documents/eurotrucksimulator2/profiles/profileID and delete the config + controls.sii files from there.

    1. Start a command line as an administrator (cmd)
    2. Run the command: sfc /scannow
    3. Wait, and then restart your computer
    4. Run a single game in x64 DirectX mode (Launch witch DirectX for ATS or ETS2)
    5. Drive a short distance
    6. Exit Game
    7. Start multiplayer

    I advise you to try this instruction:
    Close ETS2 from the task manager. The launcher run as administrator. If it does not work:
    1) Enable the VPN (Download and install any VPN.)
    2) The launcher run as administrator.
    3) Install available downloads.
    4) Disable VPN.
    5) "Launch ETS2" click on the button.

    Please, check that you have the correct file path: 
    For ATS : C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ American Truck Simulator 
    For ETS : C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Euro Truck Simulator 2 
    If you have already downloaded the launcher and the game path is not the correct one, uninstall and re-install TruckersMP by indicating this time the correct game path.
     
    However, !!! WARNING !!!. Indeed, if you do not have American Truck Simulator, or Euro Truck Simulator 2 please uncheck it when installing your TruckersMP launcher. Its very important.

    If you want to start your game with 64-bit OpenGL,
    follow these steps:
    1) Go to your Steam library
    2) Click on your ETS2 game and select "play"
    3) Select "Launch with OpenGL" 64 bit
    4) Drive a short distance and save and exit your game
    5) After launch your multiplayer

    2) Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2
    3) Properties
    4) Local Files
    5) Verify integrity of game files
    6) Then launch your multiplayer

    If your login information works for TruckersMP.com but you can`t login ingame you should try one of these fixes:
    1) First of all make sure you`re logged in with the same Steam account which you were on when you registered at TruckersMP.
    2) Open notepad or a text editor.
    3) You need to write 2 rows, on 1st your email, on the 2nd your password.
    4) Now, copy the email from notepad and paste it in the ingame login screen using keyboard shortcut keys (CTRL+C for copy, CTRL+V for paste - ~ Please notice that these shortcuts may be different in your country. If they don`t work, please inform yourself how you can do it on google ~).
    5) Do the same for the password.
    6) Login.
    7) If the solution didn`t work, you must have a strange character in the password that can`t be recognized by the login system ingame.
    8) To bypass this problem, you should change your account password to only latin letters (a to z) and digits (0-9). Please notice that by doing this your password might lack in strength.
    9) In order to change your password, you must login at TruckersMP.com, press Edit Account, insert the new password twice, confirm the old password twice and then press save data.
     
    I hope that one of these fixes worked and you`re now able to login ingame.

    To do this, follow these steps:
    1) Go to your Steam library
    2) Right click on your game Euro Truck Simulator 2
    3) Click on "Property"
    4) Click on "Betas"
    5) Select "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs"

    For to fix your problem, you only have to wait. This can take you about 15 minutes. But especially when your game freeze, does nothing more, do not touch your computer anymore and be patient.
